The English translation from Polish for "Siekiera" is Axe, but since it's not used as it's actual meaning it can be interpreted as "Ax", but I will call it Siekiera. Non-debatably(is that a word?) it is the best Polish 80's band. They made Punk music and their "new wave" which is more famous across Poland. I'm totally not lazy to write more
